Paul Denness - Managing Director
Paul Denness is the Managing Director of the company.He originally established the business in 1989 and is still working within the agency today. He carries out the day to day running of the business.
Judith Spellman Denness - Company Secretary
Judith Spellman Denness is the Company Secretary. She joined the company back in 1993 and after nine years dealing with flats, is now on the property side. She also deals with all the admin and personnel matters within the company.
Robert Hammond - Manager
Robert Hammond is the Manager of Town Property and has been with the company since the launch of Town Property back in 2002. He has been in agency for over 15 years having previously been in banking.
Simon Shoult - Manager
Simon Shoult is the Manager of Town Flats.He has worked within the area in estate agency since leaving school. He joined the company in 2003.
James Bell - Assistant Manager
James Bell is the assistant manager for Town Property. He is also the joint longest serving staff member having joined in 1997. He has been in agency since leaving school.
Richard Brook - Assistant Manager
Richard Brook is the assistant manager of Town Flats and joined the company in 2005.Previously he was managing a corporate agency within Eastbourne.He has been in agency since leaving school.
Adrian Palmer - Senior Negotiator
Adrian Palmer rejoined Town Property and has been in estate agency for over 10 years. After managing a local agency for nearly 2 years he rejoined in 2006.
Jamie Harmer - Senior Negotiator
Jamie Harmer joined the company in 2005 and after starting with Town Property has since moved over to Town Flats. Before joining he previously worked for a corporate agency.
Vikki Evans - Secretary
Vikki Evans is the secretary for Town Flats. She joined in 2003 having previously worked within the leisure industry.
Vicky Mills - Secretary
Vicky joined Town Property in 2009 having previously worked for another local estate agency for 14 years
Ian Tidbury - Financial Adviser
Ian Tidbury joined Town Financial in 2007 to help expand our financial services department. Ian is a fully CEMAP qualified adviser with many years experience behind him.
Rachel Shoult - Town Rentals Manager
Rachel started in Lettings in 2003 at a small family run agency. Then moved to a company running the lettings department in their two offices. She then started up and opening a new lettings office in the Eastbourne area before joining Town Rentals in 2010.
Gemma Dunstall - Lettings Negotiator
Gemma joined the company in 2010 and works in our rentals department. Previous to joining the company she worked for a major retail outlet as a customer co-ordinator
