Originally our company started in 1989 with the opening of Town Flats from a small office in a very much secondary position. We quickly grew into the first choice for buying and selling flats in Eastbourne and were one of the first specialist estate agents of its kind in England!
Having out grown our original office we moved to Bolton Road in 1993 to one of Eastbourne’s better, central locations where again the business went from strength to strength. By this time we had established ourselves as one of Eastbourne’s leading estate agents.
In 2003 an opportunity to acquire a former bank in Eastbourne’s best central location in Cornfield Road came available. At the time of acquiring our new building we also decided to expand the business further and opened Town Property and Town Financial. We had by now established ourselves as Eastbourne`s leading estate agents.
To complete this incredible journey we opened Town Rentals in 2008 from the first floor of our offices.
From a small acorn we have now grown into Eastbourne`s largest and most successful estate agents for which we are very proud. With 14 staff on hand we have well in excess of 165 years combined experience in the business!
